Qualification.

  • The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Engineering, sales and marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales field preferably within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Carrying out lubricants market research and analysis to establish demand trends and explore opportunities to achieve consistent sales and growth of the company’s customer base.
  • To lead the company’s effort of growing the Lubricants Business by managing and coordinating the activities of the Lubricants department.
  • To plan and implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to promote and sell the company’s products to facilitate the expansion of its customer base and achievement of the target sales.
  • Responsible for strengthening the sales and operations of the lubricants business to meet company market share and profit objectives.

  3. Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with a proactive approach.
  4. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
